We offer parents peace of mind. As you would go about your day at work, you will know that your child is safe, cared for, and learning. We would care for your child up to 10 hours a day and provide your child with healthy food options for breakfast, lunch and a snack. We also have created customized learning plans for each student as we understand that not all children learn the same way. We think it’s better to tailor our lessons based on the academic needs of each child. In addition to that, we encourage the children to make friends, play with their friends, have conversations about what they are learning with their friends and to have independent time to play as well. Our goal is to teach your child the fundamentals they need to know in order to get a good head start in kindergarten and first grade.
INFANTS
our infant program is tailored to helping the infants reach their developmental milestones. We also understand that routines work best for infants as they feel safe and comfortable knowing what’s going to happen next. We are here to help your infants learn and feel safe in what they would feel is a strange new world. We also introduce our infants to basics such as, colors, shapes, numbers, letters, etc… We believe it’s never too early to start teaching our infants the basics.
PRESCHOOL
We stimulate the children's minds with subjects such as reading/writing, science, math, art, music and imaginative play. With a good head start on learning these basics, any child from Little Harvard Learning House would be ready and prepared to be in Kindergarten.
TODDLERS
The toddler age group is one of the most pivotal times in a child’s life. At this age, they are learning very quickly, and able to absorb information at a fast rate. We will make sure that your toddlers mind is engaged in areas such as, with learning through play, simple addition, color, number, shape, and letter recognition, and more! We also help our toddlers navigate their emotions as we understand that toddlers have big feelings and may not know how to communicate those feelings. We want them to know that they are in a safe space to communicate and we will be right by their side through their developmental growth.
SCHOOL AGED
Our school aged before and after school program, continue the education that the children are getting by helping with homework, reinforcing daily topics learned in the classroom and challenging their minds to help create a love for learning. We also give our school aged children a mind break by encouraging them to have some free time to do an art project, play with their friends, read a fun book, etc
